Letter #52- I'm Dreaming of a white Christmas....

December 22, 2014
Everyone,
Okay first Merry Christmas! It's an exciting time of the year! We have
been keeping busy this week finding new people and talking with
everyone how Jesus Christ is the gift of this season! One particular
miracle I would like to share with you is that on Sunday night we went
knocking around and was feeling like we weren't having much success
but then when we came to a door a younger lady answered, we said what
church were from and that we have a short video we would love to share
with her it's a three minute video. She said sure come on In and we
did and there were four little kids and they enjoyed the video called
he is the gift. That was a great miracle! Had the mission Christmas
party which was enjoyable! All this we have been focusing our
investigators in reading in the Book of Mormon and that is a really
great way to help them find the answers they are looking for. The
reason why I put dreaming of a white Christmas because it's just been
one of my thoughts that help me to imagine every single one of the
children of God dressed in white! Sunday we called Charlotte batten
who is so funny and a sweet elderly sister and has been wanting to
come to church for a while and she did! She came, we sang in choir and
we are looking forward to another great week! I love you all!
With love,
Sister-Hatch

Letter #51- By the mouth of two witnesses!

December 15, 2014
Everyone,
Things have been great, busy and fun! Monday kept busy meeting with
people! Tuesday was our p-day. Got things put together and then went
out with sister Anderson to visit a couple of people. Wednesday! Got
car packed and ready then headed to transfers! Met sister winkler! She
is from Calgary Alberta Canada! She loves to swim and singing! Is a
really loving, hard working, out going sister with two other siblings!
We got back to Orange park, went to see the smiths, then went to help
Gentles ( a family in the Ward) put up decorations in their yard, had
dinner with shaws and then went to help out with the activity day
girls activity which was a lot of fun! Thursday went to find a member
who has a rack to borrow so we can do service for people in a
neighborhood! Then ended that night seeing less actives. Friday weekly
planning and saw more members and ended the night seeing Brittany (la)
having a good conversation with her. Saturday got a call from the
Evans (la) thanking us for sticky notes and wanted our help decorating
their tree, so went and helped them. Kept busy seeing others before
the Ward Christmas party which was a blast! Went to help get things
set up and then had an enjoyable time with Kathy and Frankie our
investigators! Along with so many members and a surprise visit from
santa clause! It was an over all blessed week! I love yall!
With love

December 8, 2014
Everyone,
Transfer week! Sister Davidson is going home and sister winkler will
be my new companion! I will tell you all about her in next weeks
letter! So another busy but fun and full of enjoyable miracles!
Started off with seeing sister Neely, ending our night meeting the
Dimitrovs inviting them the ward Christmas party coming up this week!
Meetings and a bunch of sticky notings in facts that's why there's a
picture of goats because we got caught sticky noting a member and then
they asked if we wanted to see their goats and so we did! They are way
cute! Sister Yoshida an awesome member took us to lunch and then we
went and visited sister lablonc a less active who came to church ended
that night seeing sister Lehman. Had another lunch with our
investigator Kathy which was really good, Thats her in the last
picture. Meet sister Horcher who lives next to a river. Another lunch
again with another investigator priti which was great and also saw
sister Wynkoop! It's great to see many mighty miracles and blessings
coming forth in Orange park! I love you all! Continue spreading those
Christmas cheers by #sharingthegift!
With love,

Letter #49- Where Can I turn for peace!

December 1, 2014
Everyone,
Happy December Monday! So we have been having a fun, crazy, enjoyable day!
Monday We went and visited sister Wynkoop then went and saw Wendy, Which was a huge miracle! Tuesday We went and helped out the thrift store, saw Kathy that afternoon then later that evening saw Sister Lott and had a dinner appointment with Tanya and Scott Bishop! Wednesday had an amazing district meeting and set some achievable plans. Later that evening went to stop by and talked with sister Lehman which was great because she really needed someone to talk to! Thursday,Thanksgiving! Did our usual things in the morning (exercise, preparing our self's, studies) Then we went out and about from there. Had Dinner at the Mills (a younger couple) which was fun and fantastic, had a traditional meal and then played some games and had dessert. After that went to the Hills and had more dessert! Friday sister Davidson went to the temple so I hanged out in Timuquana, FL. with sister Waldron (who had been in my MTC zone). One of the sisters chains on their bike was out of place and before we headed back to our area I had just put the chain back on real easy! Went on having dinner with the Goebels which was fun! Saturday visited sister Haynes then sticky noted a lot of people! Sunday Sister Davidson gave a talk along with our ward mission leader, which went fantastic! Quite a few people came to church on Sunday! With this whole week what I have learned what little things bring peace into life like listening to missionary appropriate Christmas music, fixing things, having an awesome sweet companion who laughs and smiles at anything in any occasion! We have another busy week ahead of us but is going to great! I hope you all ate a ton of Turkey and Kept safe! If any of you haven't heard yet there is a Christmas video that the Church put out that you all should watch, Its called 'He is the Gift'! I am grateful for the many blessing that have been and are yet to be placed in my life! I love you all!

Letter #48- Adventure is out there!

November 24, 2014
Everyone!
First, Happy Turkey day! There's a lot of things to be grateful for
this time of year! I will say at least five things I am grateful for 1
my family and friends as we are children of our loving Heavenly Father
2 the restored gospel of Jesus Christ 3 the Temple where we make more
promises and be able to be brought together with our families for time
and all eternity! 4 Peace and comfort received from the Holy Ghost 5
to be a missionary serving all those around me!
This week has been great meeting new people like Jim, priti, and Kanoi
also having a member come out and visit people with us! I know there
are great things coming even after little discouragement and
rejections there have mighty huge miracles like helping Kanoi get
ready for a family trip, just talking with Jim (who is older nicer
gentleman) and hearing his stories, and having the member offer a
small gift to priti for her to have. Also even seeing some less active
members come back to church on their own and having our beautiful
choir sing with out a piano! So much gratitude and giving this week
and for always! I love you all!
